一卡充系统开发方法与技术研究

摘 要

　　随着智能手机的普及，人们对手机依赖达到了前所未有的程度，对语音通话、流量使用有着大量的需求，这就要求各大电信运营商能够提供方便快捷的充值方式，与此同时市面上的充值渠道比较混乱，迫切需要运营商整合充值渠道。

　　本文设计的中国联通一卡充业务系统采用卡号和密码分开的原则，卡号信息由总部下发到省份客户关系系统管理，密码信息由总部下发到省份一卡充系统管理。总部制卡中心负责卡数据的集中管理，统一生成卡数据，下发到省份，省份管理本省的卡数据，并负责销售，销售的同时激活卡状态，确认卡所在的地市。省份公司验证本省卡信息，由卡所在地进行本地验证。枢纽同时提供不同省份之间的充值对帐、结算、统计功能。

　　本论文设计与实现的一卡充系统为客户提供多种方式，具有统一客户感知、支持全业务充值、支持全网充值的充值缴费服务，实现了一卡充系统能够实现付费覆盖地域、付费渠道、付费方式等方面无障碍异地充值。为了方便客户，一卡充系统实现了以通过联通手机语音或短信充值，还可以用固话、中移动手机等多种渠道对联通手机进行充值。

　　该系统解决了对有价卡资源的统一管理，实现了卡文件与卡密码文件在不同平台中存放，制卡公司生成卡文件下发到 CRM 系统，密码文件下发到一卡充系统，这样既实现了系统之间的关联又保证了有价卡资源的安全，设计思想先进、实现形式灵活、有很高的应用价值。
